We want your purchase to be something you are thrilled with and want to wear all the time! In the event something is wrong with your order, whether it be a manufacturing problem or a problem on our part, we want to know! Never hesitate to reach out to us and let us know the problem. We will do our best to accommodate you and the issue.
We do accept returns in excellent condition and with proof of purchase, either an order number or receipt, within 14 days of receiving your product for a full refund.
We gladly accept exchanges for size and/or a different product of equal value. Simply mail your item back in excellent condition within 30 days and we will ship the new size or item.
We are a small local business, and therefore must stick strongly to our return policy.
Many of our items are made to order, as we are still building up our inventory and allowing for so much customization with shirt and ink colors. We usually can get these processed and shipped out within 5 days, but if it seems it will take longer, we will reach out and let you know!
If you need your item by a specific date, please contact us and we will do whatever we can to make that happen.
Please keep in mind that we are a small, local business and we cannot be held responsible for anything that happens to packages (loss or damage) outside of our facility. If your package says it has arrived on your tracking, but you can’t find it, please contact your local USPS. However, we will do whatever we can to help.
